“Drone Scotland evoked the Braveheart spirit of the race in a beautiful promotional video, blending stunning aerial shots of Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument and Dunblane Cathedral with ground footage of top Scottish athlete Jen Wetton. The simple and powerful mini-epic runs to just 90 seconds but took days of careful planning. Behind the scenes, Bjorn and Michele worked tirelessly on detailed health and safety risk assessments, securing permissions from police and local authorities.
For attention to detail and creativity, we would award Drone Scotland a gold medal

Graham Construction have engaged the services of Drone Scotland for aerial progress photography on our Scotway House Student Accommodation building in Glasgow.
From first meeting Bjorn, there was an immediate understanding of our requirements.
Bjorn has ensured that all aspects of our project have been covered including subsequent client requirements for further editing of the footage.
Drone Scotland are a diverse company and willing to adapt to site conditions when necessary and also spend additional time explaining / demonstrating the next generation technology they are pursuing.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bjorn, Drone Scotland, for aerial photography and look forward to working with Bjorn on future projects.
Drone Scotland recently provided exceptional footage for a South Lanarkshire Council Education documentary I was working on. Their service was outstanding – from initial contact, right through the planning, filming and editing processes. Customer service was fantastic throughout this period as they always responded swiftly during text, email and phone correspondence.
I cannot begin to explain how professional their manager, Bjorn, is. He plans meticulously and has an extensive range of contacts across the West of Scotland. This helps to speed up the processes as he can easily gain the necessary permission to operate drones on both public and private land. Perhaps, most importantly, he takes health and safety very seriously and knows drone laws inside out.
Drone Scotland were very flexible in accommodating my team on different filming dates. They keep a close eye on weather forecasts to maximise the quality of the filming. On several occasions, at my request, they agreed to change filming dates and times at very short notice.
After editing, Drone Scotland, provided us with a huge amount of top quality HD footage. All of this was offered and then delivered on a range of different file formats – all of which were simple to access.
From a customer point of view, this company is exceptional. Their pricing is more than competitive and they were able to work in a fantastic pricing plan for our budget. I will not look anywhere else for drone services in the future
We were a community group who employed Drone Scotland to take some footage for us, during the course of the taking of the drone footage Bjorn guided us every step of the way, making suggestions on how we could improve the final video he could not have been more helpful and the final footage he presented us with went even beyond our wildest dreams.
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and would stand as a reference for drone scotland and Bjorn as a person anytime and if anyone wished to contact me I would be happy to talk about the excellent service you can expect from Drone Scotland
We were delighted to work with Drone Scotland.
Excellent and professional service which allowed a major project to advance through Drone Scotland’s timely actions.
Would definitely work with their team again and highly recommend them to other businesses.
Hope this is what you were after and be assured this is not just chaff, we were mightily impressed with the work and how quickly you responded.
As was our client.
BW+ have used Drone Scotland on many projects where access to roofs and high level building elements have proved challenging. Drone Scotland always provide a speedy and reliable service. The images are of a high quality and allow us to survey areas that ordinarily would be inaccessible. We would and have recommended Drone Scotland to other Consultants when the need for Drone Surveys arise.
